Charge notes

‘Residents’ are those residing within the Parish of Welcombe using the hall for non-commercial purposes and also registered charities.

Three Session times are available in the hall per day:

Electric appliances include bouncy castles and electric hog roasts.

Reduced charges for extended or regular use can be agreed by the committee. Please request this in good time as the committee meets every two months.

The hall also has a stage and sound system, both for hire.

Payment

Payment must be made to the Lettings Officer at the time of booking by cash or by cheque. Regular users, with prior agreement of the Treasurer, may arrange to pay on monthly account.

Full terms and conditions of hire are available from the Lettings officer, contact details for whom are on this page. Please note that a deposit is required when hiring the hall and sound system.
